Celebrating Natural Neurodiversity
My Mission
The world is changing, and with it comes the chance for meaningful transformation. I believe that understanding brain development, natural neurodiversity, and executive functions is the key to shaping a fairer, healthier, and more inclusive society.
I imagine a world where parents, teachers, doctors, and employers see cognitive differences not as personal failings but as opportunities to support growth and celebrate diverse abilities. Through my training, community-building, and practical tools, I’m helping to make this vision a reality.
This mission is my life’s work: creating a society where everyone has the chance to thrive. Change is possible—and together, we can make it happen.

Neuroinclusion
I believe in celebrating the natural and normal diversity of human brains, embracing the principles of the neurodiversity movement. By moving away from the outdated medical model, which sees a binary of normal and abnormal/disordered brains, my work focuses on fostering inclusion and creating environments where neurodivergent individuals are valued and supported.
Central to my approach is helping all members of a community understand how their brains work, empowering them to be kinder to themselves and those around them.
Together, we can create a world that appreciates all ways of thinking and being.
Why I have dedicated my life to this work…
Years of negative feedback about my brilliantly different brain deeply impacted my mental health. This experience ignited my passion to drive systemic change, creating inclusive schools, services, and workplaces where everyone feels the belonging they deserve. Through public speaking, training, and consultancy, I inspire others to join me in this mission. I’m thrilled to share my mission statement with you.
